Born in Paris, Remi graduated as an airline Pilot and set off for Africa in his early 20’s to work in Madagascar and then in the Ivory Coast where he spent 6 years. In 2002, he began working in Production Services in South Africa as an Executive Producer.
His entrepreneurial nature and adventurous spirit lead him to open a Service Production Company in Istanbul, and in 2005 he moved to Argentina where he created Jacaranda Films in 2007. Following the growth and popularity of Jacaranda in Buenos Aires, he expanded the offices to Uruguay, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.
He is well known for maintaining lifelong business relationships with his clients and his team that have been with him for over a decade. He aims to deliver a very high standard Production Service whilst creating long-lasting memories with each project for the client and the team. He is passionate about the environment and developing lasting solutions for today’s problems. When he is not working, you can find Remi walking in the English countryside or teaching his kids “Abacus” with a mixture of successes and failures.
